Job Description

JOB TITLE:           Client Account Manager


REPORTS TO:     Sales Director

LOCATION:         Singapore



The Client Account Manager is primarily responsible for generating revenue by developing new business opportunities and offering clients a range of cutting-edge AM solutions (popularly known as “3D printing”). A tireless hunter who lives for finding and developing opportunities for clients to take advantage of new AM technologies.



Key Activities:

  • Manage and develop portfolio of clients in the client segment/area of responsibility
  • Plan and maintain regular contact with all current and prospective clients by means of executing standard cold calls and face to face meetings
  • Manage new and existing client deals, respond to enquiries and submit quotation in a timely manner
  • Monitor and coordinate sales/marketing effort to achieve sales target
  • Successfully close sales projects to meet your KPI targets
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate a sales project until its successful closure
  • Maintain CRM and manage sales deal planning
  • Providing customer support, including online enquiries to assist clients with their requirement
  • Support sales and marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Assist with appropriate follow-up actions for respective clients




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering or Sales Management, or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome


2 to 5+ years progressive sales-related work experience, particularly in providing customized solutions.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute tactical sales solutions to meet identified client needs
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills for the purposes of engaging with and providing technical and sales information to clients
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing principles and ability to develop, implement and monitor related programs
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, PC skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Results and target oriented, with a positive attitude
  • Fluent in English
