JOB TITLE:           Client Account Manager

DEPARTMENT: Sales

REPORTS TO:     Sales Director

LOCATION:         Singapore

 

JOB OVERVIEW

The Client Account Manager is primarily responsible for generating revenue by developing new business opportunities and offering clients a range of cutting-edge AM solutions (popularly known as “3D printing”). A tireless hunter who lives for finding and developing opportunities for clients to take advantage of new AM technologies.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Activities:

  • Manage and develop portfolio of clients in the client segment/area of responsibility
  • Plan and maintain regular contact with all current and prospective clients by means of executing standard cold calls and face to face meetings
  • Manage new and existing client deals, respond to enquiries and submit quotation in a timely manner
  • Monitor and coordinate sales/marketing effort to achieve sales target
  • Successfully close sales projects to meet your KPI targets
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate a sales project until its successful closure
  • Maintain CRM and manage sales deal planning
  • Providing customer support, including online enquiries to assist clients with their requirement
  • Support sales and marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Assist with appropriate follow-up actions for respective clients

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering or Sales Management, or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome

Experience:

2 to 5+ years progressive sales-related work experience, particularly in providing customized solutions.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute tactical sales solutions to meet identified client needs
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills for the purposes of engaging with and providing technical and sales information to clients
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing principles and ability to develop, implement and monitor related programs
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, PC skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Results and target oriented, with a positive attitude

Quality Engineer, Houston

BUSINESS UNIT: Operations

 

JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible and accountable for quality engineering and activities supporting Operations including Quality Control for incoming and outgoing products.  Develop test instrumentation and procedures to maintain comprehensive, cost-effective and progressive Quality Standards for all 3D printed parts.  Initiate and drive partnership, and collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to support and execute Operation, Quality, and Regulatory Key Business objectives and Strategies for the Manufacturing.  Work with key functional groups for problem solving to improve processes. Focus on Performance/Metrics data for and drive value add quality initiatives for continuous improvements.

The Quality Engineer is the technical liaison for all quality related aspects of supplier management including supplier approvals, qualifications, assessments and SCAR/NCR activities.  In addition, partnering with Operations, Design, and Procurement groups to execute and monitor Supplier Management processes and strategies, and drive partnership and collaboration with the supply base.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Activities:

·           Maintenance of Quality Management System, including Document Control

·           Organize and conduct internal audits

·           Follow up closely with customers and the relevant department on all non-conformance reports

·           Maintain, conduct regular review of calibration and preventive maintenance spec for tools, instruments, and equipment.

·           Perform Quality Control inspection (receiving, in-process and final inspection)

·           Identifies, investigates, troubleshoots and resolves identified quality issues 

·           Generate specific procedures/inspection and test plan (when required) to ensure compliance of customers’ product safety and product quality requirements

·           Check all materials used in production and identify the applicable regulations and requirements

·           Work with material suppliers and sub-suppliers to ensure the compliance of regulations and requirements

·           Conduct risk assessment to identify material risk categories (High, Medium, Low) in compliance to regulations & requirements

·           Conduct periodic process audit on critical suppliers, including qualification of new suppliers

·           Safety and health accountability

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of working experiences in Quality Assurance/Quality Control function, preferably in manufacturing industries
  • Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor will be an added advantage

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong background in process analysis, problem solving skills, and improvement using process flow and/ or Lean Manufacturing method
  • Proficient in project management, analytical, critical thinking and prioritization skills   
  • Flexible, versatile, able to work enthusiastically with rapidly changing priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and dynamic workflow
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
