Creating a competitive advantage for our customers

Key additive manufacturing capabilities

3DMF provides client advantages through enhanced design and intelligent material selection (better), just-in-time production (faster) and proven AM manufacturing processes (more cost-effective), 3DMF’s manufacturing capabilities effectively improve production and supply chain logistics, help green client’s eco footprint and promote sustainability with less environmental impact.

Enhanced Design

Our design teams based in Singapore, Manila and Houston have designed over 5,000 parts and can create integrated designs that capture the best from our technologies and processes whether it is reducing material usage by up to 90% or upgrading parts to wear better or last longer.

Enhanced Design

Just-In-Time Production

We have developed multiple digital libraries for clients that enable them to order parts for us to print when and where they are required.

Producing in a Range of Sizes

We have developed printers capable of producing metal parts up to 1.5m (5ft) in size as well as small, detailed parts with fine tolerances.

Reducing Production Time

Our full range of equipment across the AM manufacturing value chain, in multiple production facilities around the world, means we can produce a finished part in days or weeks versus traditional manufacturing’s months.

Reducing Production Time

Greening Operations

3D Metalforge, its processes and technologies contribute to reducing the use of energy and waste in both our own operations and those of our clients. 3DMF reduces the “cradle-to-grave” environmental footprint of component manufacturing by avoiding the tools, dies, transportation and material scrap associated with traditional manufacturing processes. By streamlining companies’ supply-chains the resulting impact of using less energy and reducing companies carbon footprint helps improve their sustainability efforts and the total impact on our environment.

Unleashing the Power of Materials

Material selection is critical to performance and value. 3DMF’s Intelligent Additive Manufacturing Technologies now allow the manufacture of parts and components with materials that were previously difficult and expensive to work with. 3DMF uses a wide range of materials for additive manufacturing. In some instances creating the additive production parameters for materials new to additive manufacturing. Clients can choose from our extensive range of materials and powders supporting a wide range of commercial applications and industrial uses for both metal and polymer printing.

Advanced materials are thoroughly certified with rigorous quality control measures to ensure outstanding printability and performance.

Capabilities Page Testimonial - NOV

“NOV has been pleased to work extensively with 3D Metalforge (3DMF) for the last 2 years to produce production ready parts. We have been upgrading a range of our mixers to Additively Manufactured components with potentially better performance properties, and shorter lead times. Our journey with 3DMF has been an enriching experience with plenty of learning points. By additively manufacturing parts, we see huge potential better performing parts and lead time savings.”
